The block of an obduv of a heater is mounted under the forward panel, or in salon on cars with conditioning of a back part of salon.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
When working on a heater of a part of cars disconnect a safety cushion. For this purpose transfer the ignition key to position of LOCK, disconnect the battery from weight and start works not earlier than in 2 min.
| 1. In case of refusal the fan check a safety lock, a condition of contacts and wires and battery charge degree.
| 2. Check presence of tension from the battery on the electric motor socket (include ignition and transfer the fan handle to position of ON).
| 3. If there is no tension, then there is a wire breakage from the lock of ignition or from the switch.
|4. If tension is present, then attach the socket and connect a mass conclusion to weight, having connected a crossing point from the socket back.
|5. If the fan does not turn on, then it is possible that the electric motor is faulty.
|6. In this case connect electric motor conclusions directly to the battery and weight the wires protected by safety locks.
|7. If the electric motor does not turn on, then it should be replaced.
|8. If the engine is serviceable, then check the resistor or the switch for what remove the control panel of a heater (see subsection 4.11).
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Disconnect the socket, remove a socket arm, unscrew 3 screws and get the block of an obduv from a casing.
| 2. Krylchatk can remove and install on the new electric motor.
| 3. Installation is carried out upside-down.
